Stock market update: 28 stocks hit 52-week lows on NSE

Eros Media tanks 20%, hits 52-week low on CARE downgrade

NEW DELHI: Around 28 stocks fell to touch their 52-week lows on NSE in Friday’s session.

Among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows were Bajaj ElectricalsNSE -3.01 %, UnichemNSE -0.77 % Laboratories, Seya Industries and Den Networks.

Nava Bharat Ventures, HT Media and Astron Paper also featured among the stocks that touched their 52-week lows on NSE.

Domestic benchmark index NSE Nifty was trading 31.10 points down at 11,980.95, while the BSE Sensex was trading 94.59 points down at 40,559.15.

In the Nifty 50 index, ICICI Bank, IndusInd Bank, YES Bank, M&M and Zee Entertainment stood among the top gainers on the NSE. However, Bharti Infratel, Sun Pharma, Indiabulls Housing, Hindustan Unilever and UPL remained among the top losers.
